Matthew Bland, Michael Bambury and I created a virtual representation of an area in New Zealand’s Waitomo caves. Waitomo caves are known for being home to the native New Zealand Glowworms.

The area we created was based off of this 3D video taken by National Geographic (specifically the area shown at 0:54 in the video). That video can be found here.

In this project I created the 3D model of the cave area, as well as programming, lighting and bringing in assets to Unity. You can download and explore our 3D environment if you have Unity 2018.2.21f1 which can be installed using Unity Hub.
